Responsibilities
- One to one patient care in a home environment
- Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Patient assessments, coordination of reputed company promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements
- Must have and maintain an reputed company, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will reputed company
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence reputed company 90 days
- reputed company CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (reputed company reputed company last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will reputed company
- Must have at least 6 months of hands on nursing experience

- Must be willing to reputed company in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
