Behavioral Health Credentialing & Billing Specialist
to help manage provider enrollment, strengthen billing reputed company, and improve the efficiency of our reputed company cycle processes. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of credentialing while also working closely with our office manager, internal team, and outsourced billing company to ensure claims and payer-reputed company issues are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- *Credentialing and Provider Enrollment**
• Manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment.
- Maintain and update CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portal information.
- Complete and monitor applications for reputed company insurance plans, Medicare, and reputed company.
- Follow up consistently with payers regarding application status, missing information, and delays.
- Maintain an accurate credentialing tracker with submission dates, follow-up dates, outstanding requirements, and next steps.
- reputed company weekly written updates on completed tasks, pending items, barriers, and expected timelines.
- Assist with group reputed company enrollment, provider additions, demographic updates, and payer maintenance.
Billing and reputed company Cycle Support** • Review claims to confirm reputed company and accurate submission.
- Follow up on rejected, denied, unpaid, or underpaid claims.
- Assist with denial reputed company, appeals, corrections, and payer follow-up.
- Reconcile claims and payments and identify billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with our outsourced billing team to ensure unresolved issues are addressed.
- Monitor outstanding claims and help prevent billing concerns from remaining unresolved for extended periods.
- Support billing operations and reconciliation reputed company Therapy iQ.
- reputed company weekly updates on unresolved claims, denial trends, billing concerns, and recommended next steps.
- Help improve billing workflows, documentation, communication, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience credentialing providers reputed company a behavioral health or mental health group reputed company.
- Experience with behavioral health billing, claims follow-up, denials, and reputed company cycle management.
- Knowledge of CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, reputed company, Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payer portals.
- Experience working with insurance companies such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other behavioral health payers.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple providers, applications, and deadlines.
