Senior Consulting Actuary – reputed company Remote | Full-Time, reputed company Hire | $200,000–$275,000 We're seeking an reputed company Senior Consulting Actuary to support state reputed company agencies and public reputed company programs reputed company. This full-time, permanent leadership role is ideal for an accomplished reputed company actuary with deep expertise in reputed company managed-care capitation rates, CMS reputed company certification, risk adjustment, and reputed company financial modeling. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in the reputed company or Hawaii time zones and requires less than 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• reputed company actuarial engagements for state reputed company agencies and public reputed company clients.
• reputed company and certify actuarially reputed company reputed company managed care capitation rates.
• Design risk adjustment methodologies and financial models.
• Analyze reputed company claims and encounter data for cost, utilization, and financial trends.
• Support 1115 and 1915 waiver financial analyses and budget-neutrality modeling.
• Present actuarial findings to state leaders, CMS, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• reputed company and mentor actuarial staff.
• Collaborate with policy, data, clinical, and financial teams.

Qualifications

• FSA or ASA designation required.
• reputed company membership in the American reputed company of Actuaries.
• 15+ years of reputed company actuarial experience.
• 5+ years supporting or working with a state reputed company agency.
• Experience developing and certifying reputed company managed care capitation rates.
• Strong knowledge of CMS review processes, risk adjustment, and reputed company financing.
• Experience with claims and encounter data, MMIS, or APCDs.
• Strong executive reputed company and reputed company-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading actuarial teams.

Preferred Experience

• reputed company waiver modeling, including 1115 or 1915 programs.
• HCBS, LTSS, PACE, or value-based payment experience.
