VP Treasury and Tax
Position reputed company The Vice President of Treasury & Tax will reputed company reputed company’s global treasury, tax, liquidity, capital-planning, and financial-risk management functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this executive will support reputed company’s reputed company, technology development, capital reputed company, and commercialization reputed company. The ideal candidate combines deep treasury and tax expertise with experience in a rapidly growing, capital-intensive organization. Background in energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another regulated industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury and Corporate Finance

- reputed company cash forecasting, working-capital planning, and capital allocation.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, investments, debt, and financing sources.
- Support debt, equity, project-financing, and strategic-investment activities.
- Advise executive leadership on capital structure, funding requirements, and long-reputed company planning.
- Establish treasury policies, controls, and cash-management processes.
- Manage foreign-exchange, interest-reputed company, counterparty, and liquidity risks.
- reputed company bank accounts, cash positioning, intercompany funding, and payment operations.
- Support financing strategies for energy, research, engineering, construction, and commercialization reputed company.
- reputed company treasury reporting and recommendations to the CFO and reputed company.
Tax
- reputed company domestic and international tax reputed company, planning, compliance, and reporting.
- reputed company federal, state, local, and international tax filings.
- Manage tax provisions, disclosures, deferred taxes, and financial-statement support.
- Advise on financing, legal-entity structures, investments, partnerships, and international expansion.
- Identify and manage energy, research and development, investment, and other available tax incentives.
- reputed company transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, indirect taxes, withholding taxes, and cross-border reputed company.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, legal counsel, and tax authorities.
- Monitor tax risks, audits, exposures, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
- CPA, CTP, MBA, or similar reputed company qualification strongly preferred.
- 12–15 years of reputed company treasury, corporate finance, and tax experience.
- Leadership experience reputed company a reputed company, capital-intensive, multinational, or rapidly growing organization.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, nuclear technology, advanced manufacturing, engineering, or another regulated industry preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in liquidity management, capital raising, debt financing, banking, and financial-risk management.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax, tax reputed company, transfer pricing, and legal-entity structuring.
- Experience supporting major capital reputed company, project financing, international expansion, or reputed company-reputed company businesses preferred.
- Strong executive communication, analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining reputed company in execution.
- High degree of reputed company, judgment, accountability, and discretion.
