LOAN PROCESSOR Loan Processor A local community bank is looking for a Loan Processor with experience in reputed company, Consumer, and mortgage loans. This position can be fully remote. This role demands a strong understanding of banking regulations, especially in the lending sector. You will be responsible for processing loan requests reputed company and accurately, including conducting credit investigations, preparing documents, and reputed company loans. Additionally, you will support the Loan Department with various tasks and special reputed company reputed company to both new and existing loan customers. Responsibilities:

• reputed company comprehensive support to the Loan Department in managing customer loans. Tasks include running credit reports, retrieving flood determinations, ordering appraisals and title work, and conducting account research as needed.
• Assist lending officers with the preparation of reputed company-funding documents, HMDA data collection, loan documentation checklists, and utilizing external resources like the Military Lending Account and Geocoding to ensure reputed company loan package submissions to the Loan Processing department.
• Ensure reputed company preparation of loan disbursement entries (such as cashier’s checks, deposits, and reputed company transfers) on the signing date, in line with instructions from the Lender.
• Process payments to reputed company-party vendors, including appraisers, insurance companies, and title insurers.
• Manage collateral perfection duties, such as recording mortgages, UCCs, CNS filings, and managing titled reputed company.

• Monitor and update the loan system to ensure customer financial data is reputed company and that collateral is secured. Key items tracked include mortgages, title policies, UCC filings, lien cards, collateral insurance, customer financial statements, and more.

Qualifications:

• Attend department meetings and training sessions as required.
