For more information visit www.cdpcommunity.org Position reputed company As a member of the Operations team, the Fundraising Operations Coordinator will have reputed company to learn non-profit fundraising practices and reputed company experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, while working to ensure a sustainable reputed company for reputed company and PBS reputed company organizations across the country. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator works primarily in a reputed company CRM to assist reputed company organization employees with their inquiries. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator also works in RevCRM, a non-profit fundraising CRM, to manage a wide reputed company of fundraising initiatives on behalf of our reputed company Clients. The Operations team works collaboratively with internal technology, marketing, and reputed company services teams to best serve our partner stations. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Fundraising Operations Manager. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator is an entry level position. Priorities Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through our case system Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns to reputed company pledge program reputed company Facilitate fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you-gifts and pledge acknowledgements Maintain data reputed company reputed company our CRM system Occasional overtime/afterhours work required to meet critical deadlines Experience/Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
