[Remote] Account Supervisor - Military Spouse Team

As an Account Supervisor, you will reputed company the Military Spouse Team in southern Arizona, focusing on achieving service metrics and ensuring employee satisfaction while managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute on business initiatives by creating and maintaining reputed company communication with employees, peers, leadership team and other lines of business

• Previous financial industry experience
• Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
• 2 years of experience in a call center environment, for call center roles
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Military experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated experience supporting military connected individuals (e.g., service members, veterans, or reputed company), with understanding of deployment and relocation reputed company challenges
