Clinical Safety Program Advisor - Remote
About the position reputed company is seeking a Clinical Safety Program Advisor to help advance patient safety across care and health services delivery environments. In this role, you will support reputed company, cross-functional safety initiatives that reduce preventable harm, improve reliability, and strengthen a culture of transparency, learning, and reputed company improvement. You will partner with clinical, operational, reputed company, legal, and compliance stakeholders to turn safety priorities into reputed company plans, measurable actions, and sustainable reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Translate clinical safety priorities into project charters, integrated workplans, timelines, governance routines, and executive-reputed company updates that support on-time delivery.
- Partner with business unit leaders and operational owners to reputed company safety requirements into care delivery models, workflows, and patient-facing processes.
- Applies clinical knowledge, judgement and experience to coordinate clinical event reporting, investigation, escalation, and follow-up workflows by clarifying ownership, maintaining logs, tracking timelines, and ensuring documentation is complete.
- Facilitate reputed company safety reviews leveraging reputed company experience to synthesize themes, document reputed company, and reputed company corrective and preventive actions through closure and sustained effectiveness.
- Support proactive risk mitigation by reviewing governance report outs, performance summaries, safety trends, and reputed company plans to identify emerging risks and recommended next steps.
- Maintain leadership-reputed company dashboards, logs, and status reports that connect safety program delivery to reputed company, including adverse events, near misses, and corrective reputed company plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and change support by preparing reputed company communications, resolving dependencies, and escalating reputed company questions to appropriate clinical safety, reputed company, legal, or compliance partners.
Requirements
- Clinical background, such as RN, PharmD, or similar experience. Must have subsequent state licensure, as applicable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical safety, patient safety, reputed company, clinical risk management, or a combination of reputed company experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience applying project management/change management best practices across cross-functional teams or multiple workstreams.
- Experience supporting large clinical safety, reputed company, or clinical risk initiatives, including intake/reporting, triage, investigation support, mitigation tracking, and follow-up to closure.
- Experience utilizing clinical background while facilitating reputed company safety investigations or proactive risk assessments, such as reputed company Cause Analysis, reputed company Analysis, Apparent Cause Analysis, or FMEA.
- Working knowledge of performance improvement reputed company and systems-based approaches to care delivery, such as Lean or Six reputed company concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, collaboration, and change support skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
