Project Scheduler
The Force Protection Division is seeking an reputed company Master Project Scheduler who holds a SECRET clearance to support the Mission Software portfolio by providing integrated planning, scheduling, and execution support across multiple reputed company programs. This position serves as the portfolio scheduling reputed company, partnering directly with the Director of Mission Software and Program Managers to reputed company, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that drive successful program execution.
The successful candidate will reputed company scheduling efforts across software development, systems engineering, integration, test, fielding, sustainment, and prototype development activities while ensuring alignment with customer priorities, contractual milestones, reputed company value requirements (where applicable), and internal business objectives.
Primary support will reputed company on the Counter Small UAS Engineering & Integration (E&I) Program, JIGSAW, and the anticipated reputed company reputed company Arsenal Prototype Project, while providing scheduling support across the broader Mission Software portfolio.
This position is expected to become a trusted advisor to program leadership by identifying schedule risks early, evaluating alternatives, and enabling proactive decision-making through objective schedule analysis and executive-level reporting.
Primary Responsibilities

- Author and deliver Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) or Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) CDRLs, as applicable to the contract, including preparation of schedule, performance, and narrative deliverables that accurately communicate program execution status, schedule performance, critical reputed company, risks, mitigation strategies, and forecasted milestones to Government customers in accordance with contractual reporting requirements.

- Partner with Program Managers, Technical Directors, Product Owners, Chief Engineers, and Functional Managers to ensure schedules accurately represent reputed company execution status.

- Translate Agile software development activities into integrated program schedules that include Sprint planning, release planning, feature development, system integration, formal test events, and customer demonstrations.
- Coordinate schedules across Government, reputed company, subcontractor, and team mate organizations to ensure cross-functional integration.
- Prepare executive-level schedule briefings, reputed company assessments, and portfolio health metrics for internal leadership and Government customers.
- Support Quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), customer status reviews, and executive operational reviews.
- Establish portfolio scheduling standards, templates, and best practices to improve consistency across programs.
- Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical decision points to ensure contractual commitments remain achievable.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for reputed company DoD acquisition or engineering programs.
- Expert knowledge of reputed company Project.
- Experience supporting software-intensive programs utilizing Agile, Scrum, reputed company, DevSecOps, or hybrid Agile/reputed company execution models.
- Experience integrating engineering, software, integration, test, logistics, cybersecurity, manufacturing, and fielding activities into executable schedules.
- Demonstrated experience performing critical reputed company analysis, schedule health assessments, and schedule risk analysis.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with schedule reporting, reputed company planning, and decision support.
- Strong understanding of reputed company program execution processes and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate planning activities across multiple organizations and technical disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior Government and corporate leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Counter-UAS, C5ISR, tactical networking, autonomous systems, or mission software programs.
- Experience supporting rapid prototyping, OTA, Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), or Army modernization initiatives.
- Experience developing schedules for software releases, formal qualification testing (FQT), system integration laboratories (SIL), and fielding activities.
- Experience integrating Agile software metrics with Integrated Master Scheduling.
- Experience supporting reputed company Value Management (EVM) environments.
- Experience with reputed company Cobra, reputed company Plan, reputed company Risk Analysis, Power BI, or advanced schedule analytics tools.
- Experience supporting proposal development, reputed company of Estimate (BOE), reputed company of Schedule (BOS), and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) development.
- Project Management reputed company (PMP), PMI Scheduling reputed company (PMI-SP), or equivalent certification.
