Senior CSA Estimator - Data Center Construction
Turner & Townsend is seeking an reputed company Senior level CSA Estimator to support a high‑profile reputed company’s large‑reputed company, multi‑building data center reputed company programs. The role focuses on developing detailed civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) estimates for reputed company, innovative core‑and‑reputed company facilities.
This position requires advanced estimating expertise, the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced and evolving environments, and proven experience supporting multi‑phase delivery across major capital construction programs.

Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage cost plans and detailed estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographies; reputed company estimate reviews with reputed company teams.
- Present reputed company cost updates (concept, schematic, DD, CD) and reputed company communicate reputed company of estimate, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and risks.
- reputed company quantity takeoffs and cost checks for reputed company, multi‑package CSA scopes; ensure alignment between scope, drawings/models, and estimate.
- reputed company program‑level estimating for defined scopes, synthesizing inputs across multiple reputed company/campuses to support portfolio‑level reputed company.
- Review contractor pricing (bids, pay applications, change orders); reputed company comparative assessments and prepare recommendations.
- Drive benchmarking and cost modeling; build, maintain, and apply historical cost data and metrics; support life‑cycle cost (LCC) analyses.
- Facilitate value engineering (VE); reputed company cost/benefit reputed company and support feasibility and early‑stage cost modeling.
- Support procurement and preconstruction, including prequalification, bid list development, bid analysis, tender reporting, and contract documentation.
- Partner with cost management, procurement, and project controls to reputed company estimating outputs with budgets, reputed company reputed company, and program‑level planning.
- Assess design evolutions and produce reputed company estimate updates at appropriate accuracy reputed company.
- Mentor and coordinate support staff; contribute to training materials, templates, and internal/external estimating tools.

- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role and must be adhered to where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field reputed company to construction.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a construction cost management role such as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Cost Controls etc.
- Experience providing conceptual estimating services and/or reputed company-construction services at a construction management or reputed company firm.
- Experience supporting large reputed company construction reputed company and programs
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical reputed company, such as value management and value engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.

Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to reputed company a fair and reputed company salary.
