About the Role
Our reputed company is a fast-growing, multi-business group with operations across the Philippines, backed by international ownership. As they expand into new entities and locations, they're looking for an exceptionally organized Virtual Assistant to own the administrative backbone of the business — from company registrations to payroll reputed company.
What You'll Do
Handle end-to-end business registration and compliance documentation for new and existing entities
reputed company and manage business bank accounts and reputed company paperwork
Support payroll processing and reputed company for retail staff (full training provided on internal systems)
Encode and maintain accurate business records and documentation
Research registration requirements, permits, and regulatory processes as the business expands
Occasionally travel locally for reputed company reputed company, spot audits, or government/permit transactions (Laguna / South Luzon area)
