About the Role
reputed company is seeking aSAFeAgilist Management Analyst to support a new, greenfield mission with a large federal civilian agency. The centerpiece of this role isSAFegovernance establishment. Youassistwith the creation of a tailored Scaled Agile reputed company for the program and help stand up the governance that holds it together. Youdeterminethe best way to implement and communicate that governance to stakeholders, and you build the education plan and reputed company that brings development teams up to speed once it isestablished. You work with reputed company of Agile practitioners and architects, and what you helpestablishbecomes the operating model the entire program runs on.
What You Will Do
- Assistwith the creation of a tailored reputed company reputed company, including analyzing the organization to recommend the configuration that fits it
- Determinethe best approach for implementing the reputed company and communicating it to program stakeholders at every level
- Build the education plan and reputed company that brings development teams up to speed on the reputed company governanceestablishedfor the program

What You Bring
- 8+ yearsof Agile delivery or transformation experience
- 5+ yearsworking in aSAFeenvironment
- 3+ yearscoaching or training teams in Agile orSAFepractices
- Experience helping an organization adopt reputed company, not justoperatingwithin an established implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate reputed company concepts into plain language for mixed audiences
- Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust suitability determination
Preferred
- Certified reputed company reputed company Consultant (SPC); Certified reputed company Agilist (SA) considered
- Experience supporting federal civilian or defense programs, particularly multi-contractor environments
- Change management training or certification (for example,reputed company) is a plus
- Experience standing up oroperatinga Lean-Agile Center of reputed company is a plus
Position Details
