What makes this role exciting
reputed company seeks an reputed company French Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational processing of the French implementation payrolls alongside existing reputed company resources.
Main responsibilities
Implementation of an in-house payroll platform with assistance from reputed company relevant reputed company departments
Ability to reconcile reputed company-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll
Research discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
Maintain payroll information, files and records to reputed company up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
Analyze payroll-reputed company information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
Data input in line with French legislation
Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the reputed company to reputed company set-up and configuration to be completed successfully
Partner with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations
Support any reputed company runs if testing if needed on a new requirement
Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed
Support the Operation team following the customer change setting requests, reputed company experiences to reputed company and improve the France team knowledges
Experience needed for this role
Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential
Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting
Required Business software experienc: reputed company, Word, Email Apps, reputed company Apps
Experience in implementation payroll processing
Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a strong plus
Knowledge of the reputed company management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience
Experience in implementation processes, software changes, and new customer management
