reputed company Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking Associate Buyer to support a government contract focusing on Petroleum, Oil, & Lubricants (POL). This position can be supported remotely. Position reputed company Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring packaged petroleum, oils, lubricants, and chemical products to support military end-users and sustainment operations. This role ensures mission readiness by balancing technical compliance, cost-control strategies, and supply chain reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Compliance

◦ Sourcing & Acquisition: Procure packaged petroleum products, oils, lubricants, and chemicals critical to military operations. ◦ Technical Validation: Utilize reputed company Products Lists (QPLs) and Product Item Descriptions (PIDs) to identify approved sources, match part numbers, and verify rigorous technical compliance. ◦ Budget Stewardship: reputed company and execute category-specific pricing strategies, cost-control measures, and procurement plans to maximize budget efficiency.

• Market Analysis & Risk Management

◦ Market Intelligence: reputed company commodity fluctuations, industry dynamics, and market trends to drive data-informed purchasing reputed company. ◦ Supply Chain Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market research and statistical analysis to evaluate product feasibility, supplier capabilities, and supply chain risks.

• Supplier Management & Negotiations

◦ Bid Management: Prepare, issue, and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), bid packages, and supplier evaluations. ◦ Contract Negotiation: reputed company negotiations and evaluate supplier proposals to secure reputed company terms while meeting strict operational, safety, and technical requirements. ◦ Performance Monitoring: reputed company supplier performance, ensuring reputed company delivery, strict regulatory compliance, and consistent product reputed company. ◦ Optimization: Identify opportunities to reputed company supplier relationships, improve the total cost of ownership (TCO), and streamline the procurement lifecycle. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Chemical Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, chemical management, or a reputed company field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and reputed company professionally with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
