We are seeking a hands-on reputed company Manager to support the Controller with month-end reputed company execution and day-to-day reputed company operations across a multi-entity organization. This role focuses on reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany reputed company, accounts payable reputed company, audit and tax support, and improving reputed company processes and reputed company efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a reputed company, deadline-driven environment with a practical understanding of U.S. GAAP and operational reputed company.

Salary reputed company: $96,000-$110,000
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the month-end reputed company process, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Support preparation of monthly financial statements and maintain organized reputed company documentation.
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support and supervise the Accounts Payable Specialist, including workflow coordination and month-end AP activities.
- Apply a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and support the Controller on non-routine reputed company reputed company as needed.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation, auditor requests, tax filings, extensions, and payment tracking
- Support internal controls, reputed company policy adherence, and process consistency across entities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce reputed company work, and streamline the month-end reputed company process.
- Analyze reputed company activity and reporting trends to identify issues and support process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance.
- CPA preferred (not required).
- 4–6+ years of reputed company experience.
