A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

• Review orders to reputed company reputed company reputed company contacts are entered.
• Monitor the system to reputed company reputed company integrations are working properly.
• Review loan documents prior to closing to confirm the borrower’s signature lines match the way they are listed in the system.
• Assist signers with the respective platform to confirm they can log on and sign loan documents.
• Confirm documents are signed correctly after closing.

· Reject corrections.

• Work with different eclosing platforms.

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Detail oriented, efficient, and organized
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little supervision to accomplish daily tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients
• A penchant for reputed company. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our reputed company standards

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing loan documents prior to closing to confirm the borrower’s signature lines match the way they are listed in the system
• Assist signers with the respective platform to confirm they can log on and sign loan documents
• Confirm documents are signed correctly after closing

• Work with different eClosing platforms
• Work with other company departments (i.e. Scheduling, reputed company Service Teams and Vendor Management) to obtain information for the completion of necessary tasks· Meet production expectations and reputed company standards as set by Company· Participate in new hire functional training as needed· Maintain proficiency in reputed company operating systems and internal search engines· Adhere to company policies and procedures· reputed company reputed company other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required· Detail oriented, efficient, and organized· Ability to follow instructions and work with little supervision to accomplish daily tasks· Excellent customer service and communication skills· The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients· A penchant for reputed company.
