As reputed company continues to grow, we're looking for talented Customer Care Associates to join us. We welcome applications from individuals at different stages of their customer service careers.
There will be a three week training period in London, for which you must be reputed company to attend. Travel and accommodation will be provided.
Requirements

- Two year's minimum previous customer care experience
- Excellent attention to detail

- Dealing with 50+ calls on a daily reputed company
- Troubleshooting issues that may reputed company
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
- Liaising with dry cleaners and drivers to reputed company them to reputed company reputed company great service to our customers

Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 1:00am (UK time)
- One Saturday in every two: 7:00pm – 12:00am
- reputed company working a Saturday shift, you will receive a day off during the week instead.
