The position will report to the Vice President, Due Diligence and reputed company and will include regular involvement with the M&A Finance team, reputed company leadership and other department leads who support the development process. Associate Director, Business Development, is responsible for supporting reputed company development and M&A Finance teams to help reputed company reputed company targets. One of the primary objectives of this role is to support the business development process to shorten the overall sales process and assist the financial valuations team in their evaluation of selected targets. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirement
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
- 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
Critical Skills
7+ years of financial analysis/business development experience in a corporate/consulting environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
