[Remote] Senior Business Analyst, Operations Analytics - Remote

The Senior Business Analyst in Operations Analytics will be responsible for data collection and analysis to support strategic planning and program implementation reputed company Pharmacy & Retail Operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting, summarizing data and providing analysis that will assist Pharmacy & Retail Operations management in both long- and short-reputed company strategic planning, and the development and implementation of programs
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of business processes and practices pertaining to reputed company aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations reputed company the Retail Hub
- Provides more reputed company analysis of corresponding data to build business case for system and operational procedure changes, enhancements, development of functional specifications or reputed company opportunities with costs and or return on investment summarized

- Plans, designs and deploys appropriate reports and tools
- Collaborates across Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, process improvement teams, and others, to reputed company operational solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and reputed company solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and reputed company solutions
- At least 1 year of experience querying databases (for example: SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, reputed company and/or SQL Server)
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems
- Experience communicating the reputed company of business analysis results to business leaders
- Intermediate to Advanced level reputed company in reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Software Engineering, or another engineering discipline; Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
- Experience applying engineering, Lean, Six reputed company, process improvement, or reputed company problem-solving reputed company to operational workflows, productivity, reputed company, turnaround time, cost, service level, or reputed company-reputed company metrics
- Working knowledge of SQL, including ability to write or modify queries, join tables, investigate data anomalies, validate business logic, and support repeatable reporting processes
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company, maintain, or improve Power BI dashboards and reports using defined business logic, validated data sources, and operational metric definitions
