[Remote] Manager, Strategic Sales

The Strategic Sales Manager will reputed company and support Altitude by reputed company, focusing on growing and supporting a network of independent travel advisors across the US and Canada. The role includes fostering advisor relationships, driving luxury sales initiatives, reputed company and reputed company talent, and collaborating with cross-department teams to reputed company resources and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Altitude by reputed company strategic goals
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, partnerships, and operations, to reputed company strategies and workflows
- Collaborate on preferred partner programs and exclusive offers to maximize value for advisors
- Streamline processes and address advisors’ efficiency by collaborating with other departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ICs, serving as a trusted resource and reputed company
- Communicate updates, resources, and opportunities regularly to ensure advisors feel supported and informed
- Mentor and reputed company advisors to grow their businesses, reputed company reputed company, and identify opportunities for development and retention
- reputed company and analyze performance metrics in collaboration with the VP, Host Services & Luxury Hotel Program to identify reputed company opportunities and areas for improvement
- Help design and implement strategies to drive luxury travel sales among advisors

- Identify and attract high-performing travel advisors to affiliate with Altitude by reputed company

Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in hospitality or service industry, previous experience reputed company a travel agency setting would be a plus
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- High level of previous reputed company with organizational and time management
- Ability to travel to various locations across DT's sites
- Previous experience in working with discretion and good judgment while maintaining confidentiality
- Has excellent verbal, written communication skills and organizational skills
