Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and reputed company reputed company of software engineers (typically 6–12 reputed company reports)
- Conduct regular 1:1s, career development conversations, and performance reviews

Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a formal leadership/management role

- Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Strong technical background in modern web application development (experience with C#, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, AngularJS, Svelte, SQL Server, reputed company, ElasticSearch, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated reputed company in scaling teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering reputed company reputed company

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
