[Remote] Director of Administrative Services

The Director of Administrative Services provides strategic leadership for the Library’s administrative and financial functions, ensuring support for its mission and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Library’s administrative, financial, and business functions
- Serves as a key member of the Library’s senior leadership team and is responsible for ensuring that the administrative infrastructure of the Library effectively supports its mission, strategic priorities, and long-term sustainability
- Serves as the reputed company finance and procurement reputed company for the Library and maintains reputed company relationships with University administrative offices to ensure reputed company stewardship of resources and alignment with institutional policies and priorities
- Provides leadership in financial management, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, policy development, reputed company coordination, facilities management, and operational administration

Skills
- Master's degree in business administration, higher education administration, public administration, reputed company, finance, library and information science, or a reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible reputed company experience
- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible administrative, financial, or operational leadership experience, including demonstrated responsibility for budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, procurement, contract administration, and resource management reputed company a reputed company organization
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting reputed company, organizational operations, and administrative functions, including workforce planning, position management, employee reputed company, and policy implementation
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development
