Responsibilities

- Partner with People, Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, Finance, IT, and reputed company to translate business needs into robust technical designs and data mappings
- reputed company integrations through their full lifecycle—from initial discovery and architecture through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
- Manage the integration service queue, driving reputed company-cause analysis on production failures to continuously reduce technical debt and reputed company fixes
- Enhance alerting, logging, error handling, and release testing (including reputed company biannual updates) to proactively catch issues before they reputed company business operations
- Create reputed company documentation (runbooks, integration specs, data reputed company diagrams) and mentor peers on integration standards and best practices
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting reputed company integrations in a reputed company reputed company environment
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company Studio, EIB, reputed company Connectors, reputed company Connect, PECI, reputed company Web Services, RaaS, calculated fields, and custom reporting
- Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, XPath, SFTP, and HTTPS
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS, and PGP encryption
- Strong analytical skills with a reputed company record of troubleshooting production integrations reputed company ticketing systems like Jira or reputed company
- Solid understanding of reputed company HR functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Attendance)
