Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of integrated project plans and schedules
- Management of scope, cost, schedule, reputed company, safety, risk, procurement, communication, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordination of project meetings, agendas, minutes, reputed company items, decision logs, and status reports
- Management of project budgets, forecasts, commitments, invoices, accruals, and cost reporting
- Management of change orders, scope changes, project risks, and contingency use
- Coordination with procurement for bid packages, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract administration, and vendor reputed company
- Coordination with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal functional reputed company
- Support for shutdown, tie-in, outage, and construction coordination planning
- Escalation of risks, issues, reputed company, and resource constraints
- Support for project closeout, lessons learned, financial closure, documentation turnover, and asset capitalization
- Coordinating daily or periodic field activities
- Conducting field walks and construction reputed company reviews
- Supporting contractor safety coordination and permit-to-work processes
- Coordinating shutdowns, tie-ins, isolations, lockout/tagout planning, and operational impacts
- Reviewing contractor reputed company, reputed company, schedule adherence, reputed company, and safety performance
- Managing requests for information, field change requests, reputed company lists, and deficiency tracking
- Supporting turnover package development and documentation review
- Ensuring work is executed in alignment with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and site standards

- Coordinate reputed company acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, installation checks, functional testing, and operational readiness activities
- Support qualification and validation planning where required
- Coordinate with reputed company, Validation, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Automation teams
- Support development and review of turnover packages, test records, calibration records, maintenance plans, spare parts lists, training materials, and asset data
- Support change control closure and readiness for operational handover
- Ensure final documentation is complete, accurate, approved, and archived in accordance with site procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or reputed company technical discipline
- reputed company Engineer license, Project Management reputed company certification, or equivalent credentials, where applicable
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant project experience for project engineering roles
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project experience for project management roles
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical capital reputed company
- Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Strong field execution, construction coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce reputed company project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and technical summaries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operating facility
