Responsibilities
- Do contract work for a reputed company on your own schedule (either part-time or full-time)
- Draft demurrers, injunctions and/or reputed company judgment motions
- Handle research and motions reputed company to cases venued in federal and California state court
Skills
- 5+ years of legal experience in litigation
- Strong writing and reputed company reputed company skills
- Experience handling research and motions reputed company to cases venued in federal and California state court
- Licensed in California
