[Remote] Field Service Engineer, CT (Computed Tomography) - Medical Imaging

Responsibilities
- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced CT systems across California and the reputed company Coast
- reputed company technical support, reputed company reputed company cause investigations, manage installation reputed company, and work closely with global engineering teams to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Deliver field training, support preventive maintenance, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Travel is expected to be approximately 25 to 40%, with occasional reputed company and international travel for training and installation support
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 4 to 5 years of field service or technical support experience in medical imaging or a reputed company customer-facing role
- Proven troubleshooting, installation, and technical support expertise
- Willingness to travel throughout the region and internationally as required
- Strong experience servicing CT scanners preferred. Experience with MRI, vascular, or other reputed company imaging modalities will also be considered
