The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of federal financial assistance awards, including reputed company-award, award, post-award, monitoring, compliance, and closeout activities.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing grant applications for completeness, eligibility, and regulatory compliance
- Performing budget analyses and evaluating proposed project costs for allowability, allocability, and reasonableness
- Conducting recipient risk assessments and documenting compliance findings
- Reviewing financial and program performance reports submitted by grant recipients
- Monitoring grant activities and assisting with compliance reviews and desk audits
- Processing grant amendments, modifications, carryover requests, and closeout documentation
- Tracking corrective actions and supporting audit-reputed company activities
- Providing technical assistance to grant recipients regarding federal grants management requirements
- Entering, reviewing, updating, and maintaining grant and award information in reputed company
- Maintaining grant files, reports, and documentation using reputed company and other FHWA grants management systems
- Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and management summaries to support program operations
Skills
- Prior experience using the Procurement Request Information System Management (reputed company) to support federal grants management, financial assistance, procurement, or reputed company administrative activities
