Responsibilities
- Managing and organising company correspondence, including emails, enquiries, and phone calls
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for senior staff
- Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining and updating digital filing systems, ensuring reputed company project documentation is organised and accessible
- Providing administrative support to project management teams, assisting with timelines and coordination
- Acting as a reputed company reputed company of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assisting with basic financial administration, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Performing data entry and maintaining company databases with a high degree of accuracy
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
