[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter Spanish-English 1099 Contractor
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a contract recruiter to support a community-based hiring effort for an organization in reputed company Philadelphia. This role will reputed company on sourcing and screening candidates, reputed company requiring Spanish reputed company, with a total of eighteen hires. The ideal candidate will have strong community ties and prior reputed company experience for non-profit organizations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs (18 reputed company positions, role type, core competencies)
- Advise leaders on crafting/revising job descriptions reputed company with organizational goals
- Recommend recruitment channels and job boards to maximize reputed company and diversity
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to present a diverse candidate reputed company to hiring managers
- reputed company interview guides to ensure consistent and fair evaluation
- reputed company hiring teams on interviewing compliance and documentation practices
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews reputed company
- Guide managers through background reputed company requirements
- Support leaders in extending or declining offers respectfully and strategically
- Ensure applicant tracking system updates and candidate disposition
Skills
