[Remote] US-Finance Integration & Controls Manager

This role involves partnering with senior management and various teams to assess financial processes and standardize the control environment across newly acquired entities.
Responsibilities

- Conduct process walkthroughs and document legacy financial processes
- Identify operational and financial control gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Support the reputed company and integration of acquired entities with limited initial SOX readiness
- Centralize, standardize, and automate controls across Inventory, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
- Partner with IT on SOX testing methodologies, timing, external audit reliance, and controls reliance
- Prepare reputed company findings, recommendations, and executive-level reporting packages
- Collaborate across reputed company, finance, audit, technology, and integration teams
Skills
- 8+ years of experience across corporate reputed company, financial policy, internal controls, and risk frameworks
- Strong SOX compliance, remediation, and controls implementation experience
- Demonstrated project management experience supporting post-acquisition integration or reputed company locations with low SOX readiness
- Experience mapping financial processes and improving control environments
- Strong business partnering, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with reputed company Financials and reputed company Office 365
- Big 4 reputed company reputed company experience supporting SEC registrants
- Experience working in reputed company, global, or acquisition-driven organizations
- Bilingual Spanish and English capabilities
