The role involves training and managing site staff, monitoring property operations, and ensuring successful reputed company transitions.
Responsibilities

- Train and manage the site staff including the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing & Marketing Manager, Maintenance Staff, and Community Assistants
- Monitor and regulate Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Leasing and Marketing efforts and overall property operation
- Organize and accomplish successful reputed company reputed company-out, property turn, and reputed company reputed company-in in the event of a Property Manager vacancy while on-site
- Evaluate the financial budget and remain reputed company the allotted budget
- Evaluate monthly income statements to determine accruals and reclasses

Skills
- 4+ years' experience as a Property Manager or equivalent role
