Responsibilities
- Authorization & Service Processing: reputed company listen to callers, process authorization and customer service requests, and drive reputed company reputed company
- Information & Confidentiality: Research and communicate details regarding member eligibility, provider status, and authorization inquiries while maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality
- Problem reputed company: Handle customer complaints directly, making empowered non-clinical reputed company reputed company and guiding callers on required clinical details to reduce unnecessary transfers
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Ability to manage high call volumes (50–100 calls daily)
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications and strong typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Strong listening, analytical, and customer assessment skills
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information
- Flexibility to reputed company work schedules as needed, including potential overtime or weekends
- 2+ years in a health plan, TPA, or reputed company call center environment
- Knowledge of managed care programs (reputed company, Marketplace, reputed company, Medicare)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (language assessment required)
