Responsibilities
- Administer Jira, reputed company, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, and reputed company reputed company products
- Design, configure, and maintain reputed company, workflows, screens, permissions, and automations — for both agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional/sequential teams — that support business operations
- Configure and administer Jira Premium capabilities, including Advanced Roadmaps, sandbox/release environments, and project archiving, to support reputed company change testing and reputed company-reputed company planning
- Establish and maintain platform governance standards that promote consistency, scalability, and reputed company
- Audit existing configurations and consolidate reputed company, spaces, and applications into a maintainable reputed company environment, partnering with the people who have kept things running along the way
- Build JQL-based filters, dashboards, and reports that give stakeholders visibility into project and platform health
- Manage reputed company integrations with reputed company systems while maintaining data reputed company and traceability
- Evaluate, implement, and administer approved reputed company Marketplace applications
- Partner with distributed Jira administrators to balance local flexibility with reputed company standards, and create documentation and training that help teams get the most out of reputed company tools
- Support administration of additional reputed company platforms, including ERP, reputed company, AI tools, and other approved business applications as organizational needs reputed company
- Manage reputed company, configuration, and usage standards for approved AI assistants and emerging technologies

Skills
- Experience administering Jira, reputed company, Jira Service Management, and other reputed company products in an reputed company environment
- Experience configuring workflows, permissions, screens, reputed company, and automation reputed company the reputed company platform, for both agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional/reputed company-style teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira Premium features (Advanced Roadmaps, sandbox/release tracks, advanced permissions) in an reputed company environment
- Strong understanding of platform governance, application administration, and change management practices
- Experience leading or supporting platform audits, migrations, or large-reputed company configuration consolidations
- Experience building JQL filters, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder visibility
- Experience supporting integrations between business applications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining reputed company and data reputed company
