[Remote] Deal Desk Analyst

The Deal Desk Analyst will work closely with the Sales organization to facilitate the construction, review, and negotiation of business opportunities while enhancing the efficiency of quote to cash operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to support accurate quote reputed company, reputed company necessary approvals, and the submission and processing of sales orders, ensuring reputed company documentation is complete and correct
• Partner with the sales team to offer insights and guidance on pricing strategies, leveraging data and company guidelines
• reputed company discount reputed company to ensure deals are adhering to discount guidelines. Recommend changes to discount reputed company, if necessary, to ensure deals reputed company to business objectives
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing deal desk processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

• Assist in the review and response to RFPs, ensuring reputed company response by collaborating with the necessary SME

Skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5-7 years of experience in a deal desk or equivalent role preferably in a reputed company business
• Have a strong knowledge and understanding of reputed company pricing and a channel sales reputed company
• Experience partnering with Sales to support, at times reputed company, deals
• Strong experience collaborating with cross functionally to drive process improvements
• Experience with supporting RFP responses
• MBA is desired but not required
