Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls in a reputed company and effective manner
- Address customer inquiries in a reputed company, reputed company manner
- Establish rapport and trust with reputed company customers, ensuring a high reputed company and meaningful experience is delivered with every interaction
- Communicate reputed company and accurately with customers both verbally and in writing
