[Remote] Senior Associate - Fixed Asset Valuation

This role involves managing reputed company relationships, conducting valuation analyses, and ensuring reputed company control of work products.

Responsibilities

• Constructs valuation modeling and market research on various equipment types and completes company, as reputed company as industry and economic research
• Conducts on-site inspections to asses and confirm asset conditions
• Documents and ensures reputed company control of work product for assigned engagements
• Assist in creating narrative reports and review memos to support valuation analyses
• Develops exhibits and memos to illustrate reputed company issue
• Assists with project preparation and delivery
• Archives work files in accordance with BDO Best Practices
• Other duties as required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two (2) or more years similar experience
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct reputed company issues
• Intermediate or higher spreadsheet understanding and computer adaptability
• Ability to analyze and organize high volumes of data
