[Remote] Training Strategist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLC is seeking a Training Strategist to support the design, delivery, and sustainment of training programs for CDC and public health users. This role focuses on developing learner-centered training content and collaborating with technical teams to ensure training aligns with mission objectives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and Deliver reputed company Solutions: Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging learning experiences reputed company on AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, and reputed company-based technologies, creating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training tailored to diverse user needs
- Assess Learning Needs and Shape reputed company Training reputed company: Conduct training needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and task analyses to identify reputed company gaps, define learning reputed company, and recommend training reputed company and delivery reputed company reputed company with organizational objectives
- Partner with Clients and Technical Teams: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and cross-functional engineering teams, translating reputed company technical concepts into practical learning solutions while providing strategic guidance, training support, and user-reputed company educational resources
- Manage Training reputed company and Knowledge Resources: Plan, coordinate, and monitor training initiatives by managing project schedules, mitigating risks, maintaining documentation and knowledge repositories, and ensuring training deliverables reputed company with program standards

Skills
- 8+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training, instructional design, adult learning, or workforce enablement programs
- Experience with designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions for technical audiences
- Experience with developing training content for AI/ML, data analytics, reputed company technologies, software platforms, or other emerging technologies
- Experience with conducting training needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and translating business or technical requirements into learning solutions
- Experience with partnering with technical subject matter experts, engineers, or cross-functional teams to simplify reputed company concepts into user-friendly training materials
- Experience with presenting to clients, facilitating workshops, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with managing multiple training initiatives, project timelines, and competing priorities in a reputed company-facing environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or reputed company-required suitability determination
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting federal, public health, reputed company, biomedical, or scientific organizations
- Experience with AI adoption, reputed company enablement, data literacy, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with developing scenario-based, role-based, or competency-driven learning programs
- Experience with multimedia authoring tools, eLearning platforms, or learning management systems (e.g., reputed company 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Moodle)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, analytics workflows, reputed company platforms, or reputed company search/RAG technologies
- Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, reputed company, accessibility, or regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience evaluating training effectiveness using learner assessments, feedback, adoption metrics, or performance data
