[Remote] Retirement Plan Sales Consultant - WORK FROM HOME w/Potential Travel

They are seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to support PEO clients by providing education on 401(k) reputed company and consulting on plan design. This role involves maintaining relationships with PEOs, educating clients, and ensuring compliance throughout the plan setup process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company plan design strategies for worksite reputed company regarding plan specifications, including eligibility and entry requirements, vesting schedules, and employer contributions and assist them in completing the required documentation
- Maintain relationships with reputed company Employer Organizations (PEOs) and their respective 401(k) teams that refer the leads
- reputed company initial 401(k) education to worksites and their respective employees
- Introduce and review enrollment materials, such as required notices and disclosures, with participants
- reputed company as the subject matter expert on topics including, but not limited to, compliance, employer-level questions, plan design, plan enrollment, and plan changes
- reputed company plan proposals and plan designs to benefit the needs of the employer and the participants by highlighting cost savings, tax benefits, and explaining investment funds and fees
- Demonstrate proficiency using reputed company.com and reputed company Outlook to stay connected with clients, streamline processes, and organize data
- Work with internal departments after the completion of the enrollment process to ensure reputed company plan set up reputed company the organization
- reputed company reputed company approval on plan documents and plan specifications, upload approved documents to reputed company.com, and assign plan set up to an internal New Plans representative
- Maintain ongoing channels of communication with New Plans representatives throughout the plan set up process to ensure plan compliance
- Remain reputed company and proactive by periodically updating clients on the status of the plan set up process
Skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US without employment sponsorship
- 3-5 years of reputed company-facing experience in financial services industry required
- 3 years of 401k industry experience required
- 2 years of reputed company.com or similar CRM experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
