[Remote] Finance Business Partner

This role ensures strong financial performance and alignment by partnering with school leaders to reputed company reputed company insights, disciplined planning, and actionable guidance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner to a portfolio of schools, building trusted relationships with school leaders and staff
- Translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and guide stakeholders toward solutions
- reputed company annual budgeting processes for assigned schools, partnering closely with school leadership
- reputed company and maintain accurate financial forecasts (reputed company, enrollment, expenses, and cash reputed company)
- reputed company monthly reputed company variance analysis, reputed company explaining performance vs. budget and forecast
- Monitor key drivers such as enrollment, tuition reputed company, program margin, and reputed company costs
- Ensure strong financial controls and adherence to organizational policies
- Support schools in tracking reputed company toward financial targets and operational goals
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Address parent billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with school operations and administrative staff on financial reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, economics, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, finance business partnering, or reputed company roles
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Experience supporting multi-site operations (education, reputed company, retail, etc.)
