[Remote] Staff Accountant- Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will compile and analyze financial information, support month-end reputed company processes, and assist with financial planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare accurate and reputed company journal entries to the general ledger
• Support the month-end reputed company process in a deadline-driven environment
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and general ledger analysis
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities for assigned areas
• Investigate account variances and prepare supporting analysis and explanations
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and reputed company actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company reputed company policies and procedures

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency

Skills

• 1–3 years of reputed company, finance, audit, and/or data analytics experience
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles, financial reporting, and GAAP
• Experience supporting general ledger reputed company, account reconciliations, and month-end reputed company
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Service-oriented reputed company with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred

• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• CPA designation is a plus; candidates reputed company pursuing their CPA will also be considered
