The role focuses on driving customer reputed company and adoption on the reputed company IQ platform, ensuring customers reputed company value quickly while minimizing reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer reputed company and adoption on reputed company IQ platform, supporting customers through setup, telemetry enablement, and platform activation
- Engage customers reputed company phone, email, and webinars to reputed company guidance, resolve queries, and promote platform adoption
- Capture customer feedback, maintain engagement records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer reputed company
- Prepare reports and reputed company reputed company reputed company, customer interactions, and adoption metrics
Skills
- 1-2 Years of reputed company experience in customer service
- Experience in customer reputed company, account management, platform operations, service desk functions, or customer support environments
- Good understanding of user lifecycle management, including reputed company, reputed company modification, and offboarding processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and stakeholders
