[Remote] Customer Operations Analyst — Japanese Langua

This role involves managing customer support tickets, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for Japanese reputed company clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer support tickets in reputed company with a high degree of reputed company and timeliness
- Manage Japanese concierge requests on the reputed company platform, assisting end-users by identifying and recommending appropriate CROs for their outsourced reputed company
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating reputed company cases to the Customer Support reputed company as needed
- Serve as a knowledgeable, customer-reputed company reputed company of contact for both requesters and suppliers, with a reputed company on our Japanese reputed company customers
- Help reputed company new Japanese-speaking users by providing reputed company training and support as they become proficient users of the reputed company platform
- Document reputed company customer interactions and resolutions accurately in reputed company and other systems
- Identify recurring issues and surface trends to the Customer Support reputed company to inform process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to resolve technical issues and reputed company as the Voice of the Customer
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal knowledge reputed company resources and support documentation
- Meet or reputed company team KPIs including ticket response time, reputed company time, and CSAT
Skills
- Japanese reputed company is required (written and verbal)
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support, technical support, or customer-facing role
- BS degree required, preferably in a scientific discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company tickets simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment (PST business hours required)
- Ability to explain reputed company topics to non-technical audiences
- Analytical reputed company with an ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year
- Experience working with a ticketing system; reputed company experience preferred
- Prior laboratory or life science industry experience (reputed company, biotech, CRO, or reputed company setting) is a plus
- Familiarity with biopharma operations, drug discovery, or R&D outsourcing a plus
- Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude AI preferred)
- Proficiency in JIRA a plus
