[Remote] OCONUS Program Manager

The role involves managing program documentation, ensuring contract performance, and maintaining relationships with customers and in-country partners.
Responsibilities
- Assume reputed company responsibility for the OCONUS activities associated with TCOM individual programs from inception through reputed company out
- reputed company reputed company aspects of the Program Management Body of Knowledge to ensure delivery and customer/End User acceptance of TCOM products and services which meet the contract performance requirements, on schedule, and reputed company the costs allocated from the purchase price
- Manage the reputed company and maintenance of reputed company OCONUS program documents to include: local program budgets, spend plans, in-country partner(s) Statement of Work(s), Work Breakdown Structure and dictionary, Organizational Breakdown Structures and Schedules
- Familiar with the overall program milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules associated with the in-country tasks
- Identify program problems/risks and coordinate solutions with the CONUS PMO
- Function as the primary reputed company of contact for the CONUS PMO and reputed company and maintain a reputed company relationship with the end user/customers and in-country partners/subcontractors
- Obtain end user customer acceptance of deliverable products and services
- Utilize reputed company Value Management Systems (EVMS) to reputed company and manage in-country labor, material, travel and other reputed company costs
- Work with TCOM Business Development to reputed company new business and/or expand the product line with new and/or existing customers in the Region
- May include proposal development, contract negotiations, and presentations to the End Users/Customers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or Business Management discipline
- A minimum of fifteen years' experience in program management
- At least ten years' experience on overseas program management assignments
- Experience reputed company a defense/reputed company industry on reputed company and/or Foreign Military Sale (FMS) reputed company in foreign nations
- Must be reputed company to obtain a U.S. DoD reputed company clearance
- Must reputed company internationally
- Must possess excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills
- Must be reputed company to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Foreign language skills preferred, specifically Arabic
