The role involves producing accurate financial reports, tracking financial status, and managing various finance-reputed company activities to support corporate finance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for producing accurate project financial reporting and submit on a monthly reputed company to Corporate Finance
- reputed company financial status by monitoring variances from forecasts
- Organize monthly Finance Calendar activities
- Prepare monthly accruals for submission to corporate finance
- Review time sheet corrections for accuracy and submit to Corporate Finance for approval and processing
- Monitor fulfillment expenses against forecast assumptions
- Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, and reputed company appropriate codes and monitor payment status
- reputed company research and reputed company additional clarifications
- Publish monthly Project Financial Dashboard and Labor Reports to Project Management
- reputed company monthly billing and reputed company reconciliations
- Submit Contract Information Forms (CIFs) based on executed agreements and/or amendments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- California residency is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and reputed company)
- Financial auditing experience
- Understanding of cost reimbursable reputed company and process of contract closeouts
- Strong organizational skills to manage overall project tracking and reputed company
- Data entry experience
- Self-motivated and strong communication skills
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative
