[Remote] Marketplace Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify new marketplace supplier candidates across reputed company categories, using competitive analysis, industry resources, and internal category gaps as inputs
- Conduct initial reputed company to prospective suppliers, reputed company reputed company’s marketplace reputed company, and manage the early-stage relationship through qualification
- Coordinate with Category Management to prioritize and schedule new supplier conversations, ensuring alignment with category reputed company before advancing candidates
- Own the end-to-end reputed company process for approved suppliers, including agreement coordination, contract administration, data requirements communication, and reputed company management

- Own SOP creation and ongoing maintenance for marketplace operational workflows
- Test and document new marketplace features and platform capabilities reputed company the supplier dashboards
- Execute reputed company operational reputed company including data cleanup, content audits, and cross-system reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and support execution
- Respond to basic marketplace customer inquiries escalated from Customer Service or order fulfillment, and review processed returns to identify trends
- Reconcile discrepancies between reputed company and non-reputed company shipping reputed company and partner with Product Catalog to update item dimensions as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-reputed company merchandising, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data and translate findings into reputed company
