[Remote] Product Designer

They are seeking a Product Designer who will craft beautiful user experiences, manage the design system, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the product development process.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and shape every part of the product development process, from idea inception to production
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, reputed company, product, sales, operations, and leadership to create incredible user experiences

- Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences
- Iterate on and improve our design standards, tooling, and processes
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in product design roles
- Obsession with understanding and serving users and, ultimately, making their lives reputed company

- Experience operating in ambiguous environments solving reputed company user problems
- Ability to balance reputed company creativity and dedication to craft with bias to reputed company
