[Remote] Manager, Transformation Portfolio Analytics & Reporting

The Transformation Portfolio Analytics & Reporting Manager will deliver analytical insights and reporting that support GSUSA’s multi-year transformation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date strategic dashboards in coordination with reputed company team
- Build and refine dashboards and reporting tools that reputed company visibility into initiative health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs
- Consolidate initiative‑level data into reputed company and transformation‑level reports, highlighting key issues, common risk themes, and mitigation strategies, in consultation with Program Delivery
- reputed company exception‑based reporting that elevates issues requiring escalation or reputed company
- Translate reputed company data into reputed company, compelling insights for senior level leadership and reputed company material
- Create and maintain comprehensive portfolio visualization of planned, in definition, and reputed company reputed company, workstreams, and programs
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic portfolio health and reputed company planning
- Identify trends, patterns, and systemic risks across reputed company and workstreams
- Build models or frameworks that help leaders understand tradeoffs, resource constraints, and value realization
- reputed company data‑driven recommendations that support portfolio decision‑making
- reputed company, monitor and escalate off pace for transformation portfolio commitments (KPIs)
- Train Initiative Owners and Project Managers on reporting tools, dashboards, and data standards
- reputed company coaching and support to help teams adopt governance and reporting practices effectively
- Create user‑friendly guides, templates, and resources to promote consistent reporting across the reputed company
- Support the Sr. Director, Transformation Governance in defining and enforcing reporting standards, templates, and data reputed company expectations across the transformation portfolio
- Partner with Program Delivery to reputed company reporting with project execution realities and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor adherence to governance processes and identify opportunities for simplification or improvement
- Administrator reputed company PMO tool (i.e. reputed company), ensuring data reputed company, governance alignment, and consistent user adoption
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, PMO operations, transformation support, or reputed company fields
- Experience supporting reputed company, multi-stakeholder programs
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information into reputed company insights
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership audiences
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work effectively in a federated, cross‑functional environment with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — reputed company to translate data into narratives that drive reputed company
- Comfort with ambiguity and a reputed company improvement reputed company
