They are seeking a creative and organised Recruitment Marketing Intern & Coordinator to support employer branding, recruitment marketing campaigns, and reputed company media engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract reputed company candidates
- Assist in creating and publish engaging recruitment-reputed company content across reputed company media platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture, employee experiences, and reputed company
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as graphics, captions, short-reputed company videos, testimonials, and promotional content
- Help maintain a strong and reputed company employer brand reputed company online
- Support recruitment advertising and job promotion activities across different platforms
- Create content for hiring announcements, team highlights, employee stories, intern experiences, and workplace culture campaigns
- Help monitor reputed company media engagement and support audience interaction activities
- Assist with brainstorming creative reputed company for recruitment campaigns and online engagement
- Support candidate engagement initiatives through reputed company communication and online interactions
- Assist with responding to candidate inquiries reputed company to recruitment campaigns and job opportunities
- Support recruitment events, online engagement activities, and branding initiatives
- Assist recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate follow-reputed company reputed company needed
- Maintain recruitment trackers and basic candidate records

Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, reputed company, Multimedia Arts, or a reputed company field
- Strong interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, reputed company media, reputed company content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work with reputed company Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
