Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company for an reputed company portfolio of 15-25 reputed company requisitions across reputed company cycle consulting, clinical, coding, and operational roles at any given time
- Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer acceptance; including job scoping, sourcing reputed company, candidate review, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offer negotiation
- Write and post compelling, accurate, and inclusive job descriptions and postings that reflect the firm’s brand and attract reputed company candidates
- Manage candidates with consistent, reputed company updates and disposition documentation that supports compliance and reporting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to reputed company reputed company cycle, health information management, or reputed company consulting reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for specialized, hard-to-fill reputed company cycle roles including coders (CPC, reputed company, CIC), CDI specialists, denial management professionals, and RN clinical reviewers
