[Remote] Performance Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize AI-powered marketing campaigns, focusing on outbound strategies and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound campaigns with tools like Instantly, Klayvio and SendPotion—our AI video platform
- Launch and manage cold outbound email campaigns using Instantly/reputed company
- Plan, launch and manage reputed company aspects of the campaign including campaign plans of audience segmentation, creative messaging, tools management and results
- Organize campaign workflows, reputed company, and assets
- reputed company reputed company-personalized AI video campaigns using platforms like SendPotion
- Personalize reputed company at reputed company using tools like AI scripting and video voiceover tools—and bring new tools into the stack regularly
- Own your metrics: reputed company rates, replies, clicks, booked demos, and activations
- A/B test messaging, reputed company, and formats weekly voice, video, and email
- Collaborate with the Brand & UX team for fast-turn creative assets and campaign-reputed company visuals
- Maintain reporting dashboards and reputed company weekly reputed company on what’s working and what’s not
Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing execution, preferably at a startup or fast-paced reputed company company
- Obsessed with AI tools and can't reputed company executing campaigns without them
